Job summary

Amazon in Austin, TX is seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead the development of new store concepts and to drive end-to-end program execution. You will collaborate with Real Estate, Finance and senior stakeholders to define ROI, create financial plans, and set KPIs for post-launch success.

The role requires strong cross-functional collaboration, data-driven decision making, and the ability to manage complex programs in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of program or project management experience.
• Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements.
• Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of new store concept business plans and go-to-market strategies.
• Collaborate with Real Estate Research to size opportunities and ROI for future concepts.
• Coordinate with Finance to create financial plans/pro forma and KPIs for post-launch success.
• Set KPIs to measure success of new concepts post-launch and report to leadership.
• Work cross-functionally with stakeholders to align product vision and roadmaps.
• Support innovation efforts to evolve current portfolio and implement updates.
• Drive focus on bottlenecks and lead implementation of solutions.
• Manage projects with ambiguity and drive execution across leadership levels.
