Job summary

Amazon is seeking a Sr. Program Manager for Industrial Launch & Execution in the Austin area. You will lead cross-functional programs for grocery distribution center launches and retrofits, managing the full lifecycle from design through operations.

You will coordinate with Operations, Construction, Real Estate, and Design teams, drive readiness, and report to senior leadership. Travel up to 25% is expected.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of program or project management experience.
• Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements.
• Experience owning program strategy, end-to-end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Manage complex cross-functional programs for grocery DC launches and retrofits.
• Lead end-to-end project execution for industrial facilities 60k–1M sq ft.
• Develop scalable processes to enable network-wide expansion.
• Coordinate readiness activities across Ops, Construction, RME, and WHS.
• Own program communications and present status to leadership.
• Drive adoption of new processes and change management.
• Manage multiple priorities with strong organizational skills.
• Travel up to 25% to support on-site launches and stakeholder engagement.
