Job summary

Infinite Computer Solutions in Illinois is seeking a Senior Storage Engineer to design, administer, maintain, and optimize enterprise storage environments across global infrastructure.

You will work extensively with NetApp, Pure Storage, VMware, Windows and Linux to ensure performance, reliability, and data protection while collaborating with infrastructure, cloud, and application teams, and supporting on-call duties.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of enterprise storage administration experience.
• Hands-on with NetApp, Pure Storage, SAN, and storage management.
• Experience supporting VMware, Windows, Linux, or Unix environments.
• Strong troubleshooting, project management, and stakeholder management skills.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent IT experience.

Responsibilities

• Administer and support NetApp, Pure Storage, Brocade SAN, and enterprise storage platforms.
• Monitor storage performance, capacity, and availability.
• Perform troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and disaster recovery support.
• Manage backup and recovery solutions including Cohesity.
• Maintain CMDB documentation and ensure compliance standards.
• Collaborate with infrastructure, cloud, database, and application teams.
• Participate in on-call support and project delivery activities.
