Job summary

The role requires deep NetApp and Pure storage expertise, strong Unix/Linux and VMware administration, and the ability to operate in a 24/7 environment with strict deadlines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 8+ years of relevant IT experience in storage environments.
• 5+ years of NetApp storage management.
• 2+ years of Pure storage experience.
• Strong storage platform expertise and security practices.
• Proficiency in Unix/Linux and VMware administration preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure availability, reliability, scalability, and manageability of the storage environment.
• Work with stakeholders to determine storage requirements and create solutions.
• Provide Level 2/3 technical system expertise and outage resolution coordination.
• Manage capacity and performance of storage infrastructure.
• Monitor and analyze performance data to improve quality and efficiency.
• Design, implement, and maintain storage automation and scripting.
