Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Computer/Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or Related Field.
• Eight years of technical engineering experience in a healthcare IT environment.

Responsibilities

• Operations: coordinate and support crisis management, escalation, change and release management, capacity management and ITIL processes.
• Technology strategy: assist and sometimes lead development of technology roadmaps and standards.
• Research and analysis: plan and coordinate implementation and maintenance of initiatives including cost optimization.
• Supplier management: work with suppliers and vendors; oversee reporting metrics and status dashboards.
• Financial management: plan, monitor and control operating and capital budgets.
