Job summary

Onyx Point, LLC. seeks a senior storage engineer to design, deploy, and maintain storage and backup solutions across multiple data centers. You will diagnose issues, implement upgrades, and participate in engineering reviews while ensuring security standards.

Requires active TS/SCI with Full Scope Poly and U.S. citizenship. Responsibilities include incident support, on-call rotations, and documentation creation for capacity planning and performance optimization.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI with Full Scope Polygraph clearance required.
• U.S. citizenship is required for consideration.
• Hands-on NetApp experience is a must.
• Experience with storage and backup platforms and management tools.
• Ability to design, deploy, and support storage environments.

Responsibilities

• Design, architect, configure, deploy, upgrade storage and backup platforms.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot storage systems and related tech.
• Adhere to engineering standards and participate in design reviews.
• Provide incident support and participate in on-call rotations.
• Create and maintain runbooks, diagrams, and docs.
