Job summary

Charles Schwab is seeking a Senior Digital Product Manager within Stock Plan Services (SPS) to own strategy, modernization, delivery, adoption, and performance of stock plan capabilities. You will drive discovery, collaborate across functions, and apply AI responsibly to simplify processes and improve client outcomes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management, digital product ownership, or related experience.
• Experience owning complex digital products from discovery through launch and optimization.
• Strong discovery, research, workflow analysis, experimentation, backlog-management skills.
• Working knowledge of APIs, data services, user interfaces, business rules, and systems of record.
• Ability to lead through influence across business, technology, UX, architecture, operations, risk, and product teams.
• Analytical, systems-thinking, agile delivery, facilitation, presentation, and executive-communication skills.
• Ability to evaluate AI and automation opportunities with responsible implementation.
• Ownership, curiosity, resilience, and initiative in ambiguous environments.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.

Responsibilities

• Own vision, strategy, roadmap, product health, adoption, and outcomes for assigned SPS products.
• Translate client needs and business goals into prioritized product strategies.
• Build outcome-driven roadmaps balancing client commitments and modernization.
• Lead discovery and validation with plan sponsors and clients.
• Define requirements across UX, data, APIs, and workflows.
• Partner with cross-functional teams across Engineering, Data, Security, Compliance.
• Own products from discovery through launch and optimization.
• Prioritize backlog, plan, release readiness, and post-release evaluation.
• Identify AI-enabled opportunities and build business cases.
