Job summary

Charles Schwab seeks a Senior Product Manager–Business Strategy (individual contributor) to lead day-to-day product management and strategy for Schwab’s core brokerage and IRA products. Translate business, client, regulatory, and operational needs into clear priorities and partner across Schwab to improve client and employee experience.

The Senior Manager will guide roadmaps, manage health and competitive gaps, and work with Legal, Compliance, Operations, and Technology to deliver value.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience in financial services or related field.
• Experience leading product roadmaps and prioritization.
• Ability to coordinate with Legal, Compliance, Ops, Risk, Tech, Marketing, and Field teams.
• Strong written and verbal communication to senior leaders.
• Experience with regulated products and control environments.

Responsibilities

• Own product management for core brokerage and retirement products.
• Monitor performance, feedback, and regulatory developments to improve roadmap.
• Lead product health reviews and synthesize recommendations.
• Develop and manage roadmap inputs balancing client impact and risk.
• Represent product line in cross-functional initiatives.
• Identify risks and communicate options to leadership.
• Support One Schwab by aligning teams with competing priorities.
