Job summary

Resideo seeks a Senior Manager, Stock Plan Administration to lead the day-to-day administration of global equity programs, partnering with Finance, Legal, Payroll, and HR to ensure accurate, compliant equity experience.

The role oversees tax withholding, reporting, reconciliations, and annual forms while driving process improvements and automation with external providers. Hybrid work model in the US.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in stock plan administration at a public company.
• Global equity plan administration experience.
• Expertise with Employee Stock Purchase Plans (ESPP).
• Experience reviewing Form 4s and 10b5-1 plans.
• Experience granting and taxing international equity.
• Working knowledge of SOX 404.

Responsibilities

• Administer global equity programs, including stock awards and ESPP.
• Improve processes and automate where possible, and manage service providers.
• Maintain equity award database and ensure timely processing.
• Record equity awards, option exercises, terminations, and RSU releases accurately.
• Ensure tax withholding and payroll reporting are correct.
• Prepare reconciliations between Stock Admin, accounting, HR, payroll, and transfer agents.
• Produce annual tax forms and year-end statements; support SOX reviews.
• Liaise with internal/external auditors and Finance for quarterly reviews and audits.
• Serve as primary contact for employee inquiries on equity programs and transactions.
• Prepare training materials and deliver training to employees.
• Respond to ad-hoc data requests and prepare reports for partners.
• Assist with equity-related SEC exhibits (Form 4s, etc.).
• Coordinate with equity plans outsourced providers, tax advisors, and transfer agents.
