Job summary

Resideo is seeking a Senior Manager of Stock Plan Administration to lead the day-to-day management of our global equity programs. This role partners with Finance, Legal, Payroll, and HR to ensure accurate, compliant and seamless equity administration.

The successful candidate will oversee reporting, audits, and annual tax forms, while driving process improvements and automation to enhance efficiency and data integrity.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in stock plan administration at a public company.
• Experience administering global equity plans with systems such as ShareWorks, Equity Edge Online or Fidelity PSW.
• Expertise in Employee Stock Purchase Plans and Form 4s / 10b5-1 filings.
• Experience with granting and taxation of international equity; SOX 404 knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Administer all aspects of global equity programs and stock awards.
• Evaluate and improve stock administration processes; implement automation.
• Maintain equity award data and ensure timely, accurate transactions.
• Record new equity awards, option exercises, terminations, and RSU releases.
• Ensure tax withholding and reporting to payroll are accurate.
• Prepare reconciliations between stock admin, accounting, HR, payroll, and agents.
