You will partner with Legal, Payroll, Accounting, People Operations, and external providers, and report directly to the Controller.

Key Responsibilities

Equity Administration & Operations

  • Support period-end close, including SBC accounting under ASC 718 and monthly/quarterly SBC close
  • Own year-end tax reporting compliance

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with Legal, Payroll, Accounting, and People Operations on accurate, compliant, timely equity processes
  • Support Payroll with equity reporting, tax compliance, and reconciliations
  • Respond to employee questions on awards, vesting, exercises, and taxation

Audit & SOX Compliance
