Job summary

Bosch is seeking a Senior Stibo STEP Platform Specialist to guide global data management. You will shape platform quality, designs, and guidelines, and drive the migration from on-prem to the Stibo SaaS Cloud.

You will collaborate with internal teams and vendors to ensure robust, scalable solutions and strong automation capabilities. The role emphasizes agile work styles, ITIL-based operations, and excellent English communication, with German as a bonus.

Qualifications

Degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field—or equivalent hands-on experience.
Practical experience administering, configuring, and customizing the Stibo STEP platform; STEP SaaS is a plus.
Passion for modern DevOps, automation, and AI-driven tools for code quality and testing.
Solid ITIL-based IT operations knowledge; experience with on-prem and cloud architectures.
Analytical, self-driven; thrives in agile setups and challenges existing processes.
Excellent English communication; German is a bonus.

Responsibilities

Own the technical quality standards of our platform and define development guidelines.
Design, develop and implement platform-exclusive features and AI-assisted code reviews.
Lead cloud migration from on-premise to the Stibo SaaS Cloud; build scalable architecture.
Act as high-level technical consultant to internal Bosch teams and external partners; manage SLAs and releases.
Prepare and accompany IT security and compliance audits; ensure platform remains compliant.
