Job summary

Fresh Gravity is seeking a skilled Stibo STEP developer to design data models, implement business rules, and build integrations with ERP, PIM, and e-commerce platforms. This role focuses on reliable data workflows, data quality, and scalable configurations within STEP.

You will optimize data onboarding, enrichment, and publishing, develop UI extensions, and collaborate with architects and business users to deliver robust data solutions at scale.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on development on Stibo STEP MDM (STEP 8.x/9.x+).
• Strong knowledge of data modeling, workflows, and rule configuration.
• Experience with Groovy/Java for custom logic and validations.
• Experience with STEP Integration Endpoint for inbound/outbound integrations.
• Familiarity with REST/SOAP, XML/JSON, and cloud deployments.

Responsibilities

• Design and configure data models in STEP including entities, attributes, taxonomies, and workflows.
• Develop business rules, validations, and data quality checks using STEP scripting.
• Build and support integrations between STEP and ERP, PIM, and e-commerce platforms.
• Configure workflows for onboarding, enrichment, syndication, and publishing.
• Develop UI extensions and custom actions to meet client needs.
• Load, map, and transform data using STEP Import/Export and CSV/XML exchanges.
• Collaborate with solution architects to translate design docs into STEP configurations.
• Participate in unit tests, integration tests, and UAT with business users.
• Troubleshoot production issues related to data quality, workflows, and integrations.
• Document configurations, data models, and integration specs for governance.
• Tune STEP environments for performance and large-volume processing.
