Job summary

CVS Health is seeking an experienced Senior STIBO Software Developer to support enterprise MDM initiatives in a fast-paced retail and healthcare environment. You will build scalable data solutions to manage product, vendor, and customer master data across omnichannel systems, ensuring data quality and governance.

The role emphasizes mentoring, collaboration with Product and other teams, and delivering through solid planning, scoping, and delivery.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of MDM/PIM development experience.
• 5+ years of hands-on Stibo STEP development and administration experience.
• 3+ years of experience with CI/CD tools including Azure DevOps, Jenkins and Git.
• 3+ years of experience with Azure or GCP cloud platforms.

Responsibilities

• Mentor less experienced engineers (approx. 15%).
• Collaborate with Product and stakeholders on other teams (approx. 15%).
• Lead strategic planning, scoping, and delivery with SME guidance (approx. 70%).
• Develop and support STIBO STEP solutions, workflows, and integrations.
• Ensure data quality, governance, and platform performance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex platform and data issues.
• Support production operations, SaaS upgrades, and continuous improvements.
