Job summary

CVS Health Digital is hiring a Senior STIBO Software Developer to support enterprise Master Data Management initiatives in a fast-paced retail and healthcare environment. You will design, develop, and deliver scalable data solutions for product, vendor, and customer master data within STIBO STEP.

You'll mentor engineers, collaborate with Product and stakeholders, and drive data governance, quality, and performance across omnichannel systems.

Qualifications

5+ years of MDM/PIM development experience.
5+ years of hands-on Stibo STEP development and administration experience.
3+ years of experience with CI/CD tools including Azure DevOps, Jenkins and Git.
3+ years of experience with Azure (preferred) or GCP cloud platforms.

Responsibilities

Mentor engineers 15% of the time.
Collaborate with Product and stakeholders across teams on 15% effort.
Lead 70% effort in planning, scoping, delivery with Senior Engineering Manager.
Develop and support STIBO STEP solutions, workflows, and integrations.
Ensure data quality, governance, and platform performance.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex data/platform issues.
Drive delivery with accurate estimates and clear communication.
Support production operations, SaaS upgrades and continuous improvements.
Design, configure and customize the STIBO STEP platform (workflows, UI, attributes).
Support quarterly SaaS upgrades and release reviews.
Implement data governance, stewardship, and data quality frameworks.
Optimize platform performance and provide production support.
