Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED and one year of formal training or education in a related allied/clinical healthcare profession.
• Minimum one year of experience in Sterile Processing or related allied/clinical healthcare role (e.g., Medical Assistant, Scrub Tech).
• Ability to follow oral and written instructions in English.
• Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations.
• Ability to lift and/or maneuver supplies and equipment with others.
• Basic computer skills.
• Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Effective oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to work in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and package surgical instruments for sterilization.
