Pride Health is seeking a Sterile Processing Specialist in Springfield, MA for a 13-week contract with potential extension. The role requires 5+ years of sterile processing and certification, plus stand-alone processing experience.

You will handle decontamination, sterilization, inspection, and preparation of instruments, while maintaining Cerner and CensiTrac records. Responsibilities include documentation, support for Endoscopy, and adherence to infection prevention standards in a Central

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Sterile Processing experience required.
• Sterile Processing certification required.
• Stand-alone Sterile Processing experience required.
• Cerner EMR experience required.
• CensiTrac experience required.
• Strong documentation experience required.
• Experience with load documentation.

Responsibilities

• Perform decontamination, sterilization, inspection, assembly, and preparation of surgical instruments and equipment.
• Process and prepare instrumentation for complex surgical procedures.
• Ensure proper documentation of sterilization loads and processing activities.
• Maintain accurate records in CensiTrac and Cerner.
• Support Endoscopy and specialty surgical instrumentation processing.
• Follow established infection prevention, safety, and sterile processing standards.
• Work independently while maintaining accurate and efficient workflow in a Central Sterile environment.
