Job summary

Iconma LLC is seeking a Sterile Processing Tech for a Boston, MA location. You will inspect instruments, assemble trays, operate autoclaves, and maintain sterilization logs to ensure compliance and efficiency.

Requirements include 5+ years in acute care, proficiency in orthopedics/cardiac/neurosurgery, and current CRCST or CSPDT certification with CEUs. High school diploma or GED required; English fluency is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of acute care experience.
• Proficiency in orthopedics, cardiac, and neurosurgery.
• Preferred Level 1 Trauma facility experience.
• CRCST by IAHCSMM or CSPDT by ASHCSP; current with CEUs.

Our client, a large medical center, is looking for a Sterile Processing Tech for their Boston, MA location.

Responsibilities

• Inspecting tools for wear, damage, or residue
• Assembling and wrapping instrument trays for surgery
• Operating steam autoclaves and low-temperature sterilizers
• Maintaining accurate sterilization and inventory logs

Requirements

• 5+ years of acute care experience, recent travel experience required.
• Candidates must have proficiency in orthopedics, cardiac, and neurosurgery.
• Prefer: Level 1 Trauma facility experience.
• Required Certs: CRCST by IAHCSMM OR CSPDT by the ASHCSP.
  • Certification must be current and maintained with CEUs as required.
• Minimum of High School Diploma or GED.
• Must speak fluent English.
