Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• CRCST or CSPDT certification is required or must be obtained within 6 months.
• Minimum of two years of experience as instrument processor or Surgical Technologist.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily activities between Operating Room and Sterile Processing Departments to support efficient case flow.
• Procure, standardize, and organize instrument trays across the Enterprise.
• Serve as clinical liaison across multiple sites to track and allocate sterilized instrumentation.
• Support 24/7 operations across the Health System, including multiple hospitals and ambulatory sites.
