Job summary

Alcami is seeking a Manufacturing Technician III for sterile liquids manufacturing. The role focuses on aseptic processing, including compounding, filling, and visual inspection in isolators. You will lead process improvements, support validation efforts, and ensure strict GMP documentation.

The position requires strong troubleshooting, leadership, and the ability to train teammates, with on-site duties and weekend adjustments as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 4–6+ years of sterile/aseptic manufacturing experience.
• Prior work in a cGMP pharmaceutical environment.
• CDMO experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Performs complex manufacturing operations including setup, operation, and maintenance of equipment for dispensing, compounding, filling in isolators, and visual inspection.
• Serves as SME on compounding/filling processes and trains other staff.
• Monitors production to ensure SOPs and batch records compliance; makes real-time adjustments.
• Troubleshoots equipment and process issues to minimize downtime and maintain flow.
• Conducts in-process and end-of-process sampling and quality checks.
• Collaborates with cross-functional teams on continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and safety.
• Documents activities in real time per SOPs and cGMPs; ensures training requirements are met.
• Assists with validation/qualification of new equipment and processes.
