Job summary

Alcami Corporation is seeking a Manufacturing Technician III to support sterile fill/finish operations in a fast-paced setting. The role requires strong aseptic technique, GMP compliance, and the ability to train team members in compounding and filling processes.

Responsibilities include operating and troubleshooting equipment, ensuring batch records and SOPs are followed, and contributing to continuous improvement across manufacturing teams. On-site 100% with potential 12-hour shifts.

Qualifications

• 4-6+ years in sterile/aseptic manufacturing or drug substance production.
• Experience in cGMP pharmaceutical manufacturing.
• Prior CDMO experience.
• Strong ability to read SOPs and batch records.

Responsibilities

• Performs complex manufacturing operations including setup, operation, and maintenance of dispensing, compounding, filling (isolators), and inspection.
• Serves as SME on compounding/filling processes and equipment, providing guidance and training.
• Monitors production processes to ensure SOPs, batch records, and quality standards; makes real-time adjustments.
• Troubleshoots equipment and process issues to minimize downtime.
• Conducts in-process and end-of-process quality checks.
• Collaborates with cross-functional teams on continuous improvement.
• Maintains accurate production documentation with minimal errors.
• Follows GMP/cGMP and training requirements.
• Travel up to 5% domestic.
