Qualifications

• Minimum of 3+ years of pharmaceutical research and process development.
• Hands-on experience with stem cell/iPSC culture and differentiation.
• 1-3+ years supporting cell therapy process development and technology transfer.
• 1-3+ years transitioning from research/preclinical toward GMP manufacturing.
• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in a scientific field.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute process development studies for pluripotent stem cell-derived therapies.
• Utilize qPCR and Flow Cytometry to assess assays for scale up and tech transfer.
• Perform hands-on human pluripotent stem cell/iPSC culture and differentiation.
• Support robust, reproducible, scalable GMP-ready processes for clinical manufacturing.
• Execute experiments to evaluate process parameters, culture conditions, reagents, and differentiation methods.
• Support process scale-up, characterization, and technology transfer to a CDMO.
