Job summary

Piper Companies is seeking a Senior Research Associate to join a preclinical biotechnology company in Cambridge, MA. The role focuses on culturing human pluripotent stem cells and differentiating them to support early therapeutic research.

You will perform RT-qPCR, ddPCR, flow cytometry, immunohistochemistry, and immunofluorescence staining, maintain cell cultures, and assist with data analysis and troubleshooting in a compliant, fast-paced lab.

Qualifications

• Experience with human pluripotent stem cells (iPSC) and stem cell differentiation.
• Hands-on experience with RT-qPCR, ddPCR, flow cytometry, immunohistochemistry, and immunofluorescence staining.

Responsibilities

• Culture human pluripotent stem cells and perform differentiation studies.
• Conduct molecular biology assays including RT-qPCR, ddPCR, flow cytometry, and staining.
• Support cell engineering and differentiation studies while analyzing data and troubleshooting protocols.
• Maintain cell cultures, laboratory supplies, and support compliance and quality initiatives.
