Aristeo is seeking a Steel Project Manager to lead complex industrial projects from initial planning through closeout. You will oversee multi-million dollar construct programs, coordinate with superintendents, and ensure safety, schedule, and cost controls are maintained.

A strong focus on client communication and proactive issue resolution is essential. You will manage plans, budgets, subcontractors, and change orders while coordinating with A-E teams and internal resources to deliver projects

Qualifications

• 7+ years of structural steel experience in heavy industrial project management.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management or equivalent.
• Experience using construction scheduling software such as Bluebeam, Primavera P6 and Microsoft Office.

Responsabilités

• Prioritize safe work planning and partner with site safety leaders to identify and correct hazards.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for the customer and lead owner’s coordination and reporting meetings.
• Establish and maintain the project plan and schedule, setting objectives and performance standards, and monitoring compliance.
• Prioritize effective and continuous communication across client representatives, A-E representatives, subcontractors, and internal teams.
• Manage financial aspects of the project, including projections, invoice processing, cash flow, profitability, self-perform and subcontractor costs, and ensure alignment with the budget while avoiding scope gaps.
• Coordinate and oversee weekly subcontractor meetings
• Estimate, price, submit, and negotiate accurate subcontracts and change orders
• Proactively identify and resolve issues to keep the project aligned with the plan
• Plan and manage effective project closeout, ensuring an expeditious handover process
