Job summary

Aristeo Construction is seeking a Self-Perform Superintendent to lead field crews on complex manufacturing, industrial and energy projects. You will ensure on-time, on-budget delivery with exceptional safety and quality standards.

You’ll manage staffing, coordinate with unions, and dispatch manpower, tools and equipment to meet project specs while aligning with the Project Manager on goals and risks. Travel to project sites is required.

Qualifications

Minimum 5+ years of construction management and/or craft supervision experience.
Affiliation with a union trade is required.
STSC Certification is preferred.
OSHA 30 certification required.
Must have a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

Lead self-perform trade crews to ensure safety, coordination and schedules are met.
Oversee staffing, workforce planning, and development to retain talent for current and future work.
Interface with Union representatives and communicate required skill levels.
Manage dispatch of manpower, tools, and equipment to meet specs.
Maintain knowledge of schedule and performance for active and pending projects.
Drive productivity and quality through audits and coaching.
Monitor safety and investigate incidents as needed.
Collaborate with the Project Manager to align goals and field strategies.
