Freedom Technology Solutions Group, LLC seeks a Lead Statistician to drive statistical analysis for government-originated data studies. You will lead the design of studies, perform advanced analyses, and summarize results for stakeholders.

The role requires TS/SCI with Poly, a doctoral-level mindset, and strong communication across teams. You will develop study plans, evaluate data collection options, and apply appropriate statistical methods to meet complex study needs.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI with ability to obtain a Poly.
• Master's degree or PhD in Statistics, Mathematics, Physics, or related STEM field with 10 years as a Statistician.
• Experience interpreting requests and developing analysis plans for complex data.
• Experience in exploratory data analysis and sample size determination.
• Proficient in SAS, R, Matlab, Python, or similar statistical software.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary statistical expert within a collaborative team.
• Develop tactical study plans to answer business questions and perform quantitative research.
• Provide written summaries of study results and select appropriate analyses.
• Engage with customers and team on design and methodological issues.
• Evaluate data collection options and define statistical designs to meet study needs.
