Job summary

Freedom Technology Solutions Group is seeking a Lead Statistician to serve as the primary statistical expert within a collaborative team. You will develop study plans, perform advanced analyses, and provide written conclusions for government-originated data projects.

You will guide methodology decisions and engage with customers on design issues. The role requires an active TS/SCI clearance with poly authority, a master’s or PhD in a related field, and 10+ years of statisticial experience.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance with ability to obtain a polygraph
• 10+ years of experience as a Statistician
• Experience interpreting research requests and developing analysis plans
• Experience with Exploratory Data Analysis and Sample Size Determination
• Experience in Linear and Logistic Regression, Response Modeling, and Probability Calculations
• Experience with Experimental Design and Categorical Data Analysis
• Experience with Statistical Process Control and Multivariate Data Analysis
• Experience with statistical programming software (SAS, R, Matlab, Python, etc.)

Responsibilities

• Develop tactical study plans to answer business questions
• Perform quantitative research and provide written summaries of results
• Select and implement appropriate statistical analyses
• Engage with customers and team on design/methodology issues
• Evaluate data collection approaches and statistical design to meet study needs
• Lead design efforts in selecting statistical methodologies
