Job summary

Syneos Health, Inc. in Remote, NJ, United States seeks a Sr Statistical Programmer (NA Only) to develop tables, listings, graphs and datasets using SAS. You will lead programming activities, validate outputs, and collaborate with Biostatisticians and project teams across multiple studies.

Senior role requiring strong English communication, quality standards, and the ability to manage timelines while mentoring others. North America location eligibility applies.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree, preferably in a scientific or statistical discipline; or an equivalent combination of education and demonstrated programming experience.
• Extensive programming experience in SAS or other required software, preferably in a clinical trial environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to read, write, speak and understand English.

Responsibilities

• Uses SAS or other software to develop programming code to generate tables, listings and graphs as specified.
• Performs validation programming and resolves discrepancies with team members.
• Maintains project documentation and ensures inspection readiness.
• negotiates and estimates time for study programming activities with management.
• Acts as lead statistical programmer and mentors junior staff.
