Syneos Health, Inc. is seeking a Sr Statistical Programmer (NA Only) to join our Clinical Solutions team.

This role focuses on developing programming for tables, listings, figures, and derived datasets in alignment with the statistical analysis plan, while ensuring quality and regulatory compliance. The position requires extensive SAS programming experience in a clinical trial setting, excellent English communication, and the ability to manage multiple projects with evolving priorities.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in a scientific or statistical field or equivalent experience.
• Extensive SAS programming experience in a clinical trial environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to read, write, speak and understand English.

Responsibilities

• Uses SAS or other software to develop programming code for tables, listings, graphs and derived datasets as per SAP and specs.
• Ensures outputs meet quality standards and project requirements.
• Performs validation programming and collaborates with team to resolve discrepancies.
• Keeps project team informed of progress and issues.
