Job summary

Syneos Health in North America is seeking a Lead Statistical Programmer to join our Clinical Solutions team. You will develop SAS-based programs to create tables, listings and figures per the SAP, ensuring quality and regulatory compliance across multiple projects.

You will mentor junior programmers, coordinate timelines and deliverables, and contribute to sponsor meetings while adhering to SOPs and ICH guidelines. Remote work within North America is supported.

Qualifications

• Extensive programming experience in SAS or other required software, preferably in a clinical trial environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to read, write, speak and understand English.

Responsibilities

• Uses SAS or other software to develop summary tables, data listings, graphs and derived datasets as specified in the SAP and programming specifications.
• Works to ensure outputs meet quality standards and project requirements.
• Performs validation programming and collaborates with team members to resolve discrepancies.
• Manages scheduling and time constraints across multiple projects and mentors junior staff as needed.
