Job summary

Syneos Health is seeking a Principal Statistical Programmer for US, CAD, and UK only. This remote role supports our NY-based operations while enabling global collaboration on drug development projects.

You will develop and validate ADaM datasets, generate tables and listings, direct programming teams, and ensure quality and regulatory compliance across multiple studies. Strong SAS experience and excellent English communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Significant ADaM specification-writing experience.
• Extensive SAS programming experience in a clinical trial environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead programming activities and supervise other programmers.
• Develop and validate ADaM datasets and outputs per SAP.
• Perform validation programming and resolve discrepancies with teammates.
• Maintain documentation and ensure inspection readiness.
• Coordinate across multiple projects and manage time constraints.
