Qualifications

• Stationary Engineer license from the municipality of work location or Power Engineer certification.
• Valid Driver's License
• Education beyond High School including technical training.

Responsibilities

• Operate HVAC equipment including boilers, chillers, pumps, and fans to optimize efficiency and safety.
• Maintain records of startup, failures, and repairs in CMMS and logbooks.
• Use BAS for monitoring and control of HVAC equipment.
• Respond to alarms and troubleshoot complex issues with HVAC systems.
• Perform routine preventive maintenance and minor repairs on facility systems.
• Document tasks and times in the CMMS and communicate progress to stakeholders.
