Apple’s Government Affairs team helps develop policy and strategy on a range of issues, and manages Apple’s interactions with legislators at the state level. As a senior member of the State Government Affairs team, you will develop policy and strategy and lead Apple’s interactions with state legislators.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in government relations at state/local level with legislative process knowledge.
• Experience leading a policy portfolio and coordinating policy-focused events.
• Advocacy before state governments for members, corporations or trade associations.

Responsabilités

• Design and implement public policy initiatives and engagement strategies with state and local lobbyists.
• Develop and nurture relationships with key partners and industry associations.
• Effectively communicate policy priorities and provide feedback on policy initiatives.
• Draft policy and background materials for meetings and engagement.
• Travel extensively, within the state and nationally, 2-5 trips per month during sessions.
