Job summary

You will lead policy initiatives, draft background materials, and travel across the U.S. to represent Apple’s interests with government stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in government or advocacy roles at state or local level.
• Experience leading policy portfolios and coordinating policy events.
• Ability to simplify complex tech policy for non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement public policy initiatives and engagement strategies with state and local lobbyists.
• Develop relationships with partners, industry associations, and relevant nonprofits.
• Communicate policy priorities and provide feedback on policy initiatives.
• Draft policy materials for meetings and engagement.
• Travel extensively within the state and across all 50 states, averaging 2-5 trips per month during session.
