Qualifications

• 10+ years experience in government relations at state/local level with knowledge of the legislative process.
• Experience leading a portfolio of policy issues and coordinating policy-focused events.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement public policy initiatives and engagement strategies with state and local lobbyists.
• Develop and nurture relationships with partners, trade associations, legislative and executive organizations and related nonprofit groups.
• Effectively communicate policy priorities and provide feedback on policy initiatives.
• Draft policy and background materials for relevant meetings and engagement.
• Travel extensively, 2–5 trips per month within the United States during session.
