Qualifications

• 5+ years of current or recent experience in public accounting or corporate tax department.
• Significant experience working with Pass-Through/Flow-Through Entities.
• Significant experience working with merger and acquisition planning on the state income tax level.

Responsibilities

• Provide clients with detailed advice on complex state income/franchise tax planning matters.
• Perform technical assignments in state income taxes: pass-through entity tax planning, mergers, and acquisitions.
• Research and resolve complex state and local tax issues.
