Elliott Davis is seeking a State and Local Tax Senior Manager responsible for providing guidance on complex state and local income tax issues. The role includes extensive research and collaboration, along with business development responsibilities.

Ideal candidates will possess 7+ years of experience in public accounting, strong communication skills, and significant experience with Pass-Through entities. The position offers generous benefits, including flexible work schedules and extensive paid leave.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of current or recent experience in public accounting or corporate tax department.
• Significant experience with Pass-Through/Flow-Through Entities.
• Experience with merger and acquisition planning on the state income tax level.

Responsabilités

• Provide clients with detailed advice on complex state income/franchise tax planning matters.
• Research and resolve complex state and local tax issues.
• Prepare technical memoranda and other client deliverables.
