The role encompasses client advisory, business development, and compliance management. Ideal candidates will possess a CPA, JD, or LLM, alongside a Bachelor's in accounting and over 5 years in public accounting or corporate tax.

Formación

• 5+ years of current or recent experience in public accounting or a corporate tax department.
• Significant experience working with pass-through/flow-through entities.
• Significant experience with merger and acquisition planning at the state income tax level.

Responsabilidades

• Provide clients with detailed advice on complex state income/franchise tax planning matters.
• Perform technical assignments for state income taxes, including tax planning and audits.
• Research and resolve complex state and local tax issues.
