Elliott Davis is looking for a State and Local Tax Senior Manager based in Raleigh, North Carolina. This role focuses on providing clients with expert advice on complex tax issues while managing a range of responsibilities including client service and business development.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in public accounting or corporate tax department.
• Experience with Pass-Through/Flow-Through Entities.
• Significant experience in state income tax merger and acquisition planning.

Responsibilities

• Advise clients on complex state income/franchise tax matters.
• Manage tax planning for pass-through entities and mergers.
• Research and resolve complex tax issues.
