The Delaware State Auditor’s Office is seeking a State Auditor IV to lead and develop a high-performing audit team. You will oversee daily activities across engagements, ensure quality outputs, and mentor staff while applying GAO Yellow Book and AICPA standards.

Formación

• Four years' experience auditing in accordance with professional standards.
• Four years' experience with computer assisted audit tools and data analysis.
• Two years' experience managing multiple engagements.
• One year of staff supervision including planning, assigning, reviewing, and evaluating work.
• Must meet conditions of hire regarding certifications and advanced degree options within 12 months.

Responsabilidades

• Document, test, review and evaluate management controls and procedures.
• Identify deficiencies and instances of fraud, waste, and abuse.
• Review and report on internal controls, compliance, and financial statements.
• Develop engagement scope, objectives, plan, and program.
• Perform complex data analyses using data analysis software.
