• Minimum 5 years of experience as a startup lawyer in the USA.
• Strong understanding of startup legal issues in the USA, including incorporation, IP protection, contracts, and fundraising.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Responsabilités

• Provide legal advice and guidance to our clients in the USA on matters related to starting and growing their businesses.
• Draft and review legal documents, including contracts, corporate documents, and IP protection agreements.
• Assist clients with incorporation and fundraising in the USA.
• Advise clients on legal risks and compliance issues in the USA.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business strategists and financial advisors, to ensure legal advice is aligned with business objectives in the USA.
