Job summary

M+C Saatchi Group's World Services unit seeks an Associate Analysis Director to lead stakeholder intelligence, behavioral analysis, and engagement insights for federal programs. You will oversee high-quality research and deliverables that inform communications strategies and decision-making.

Collaborate across teams, guide methodologies, manage analysts, and translate findings into actionable recommendations.

Qualifications

• Experience leading stakeholder analysis and audience intelligence.
• Ability to synthesize qualitative and quantitative findings into strategic recommendations.
• Experience advising leadership and supporting decision-making through evidence-based analysis.
• Experience designing and leading research projects with rapid reporting requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead stakeholder intelligence and behavioral analysis efforts that support communications, outreach, engagement, and organizational objectives.
• Analyze stakeholder attitudes, perceptions, behaviors, engagement patterns, and sentiment drivers across diverse audience groups.
• Manage an analytical team of personnel using social listening tools and techniques, including upskilling junior members.
• Develop stakeholder segmentation frameworks, audience profiles, and engagement models to support planning.
