You will guide analytical methodologies, manage analytics teams, and translate findings into actionable recommendations to strengthen stakeholder relationships and engagement outcomes.

Hybrid role based in the DC metro area, with collaboration across communications, analytics, UX, and leadership

Qualifications

• Experience leading stakeholder analysis and audience intelligence.
• Proven ability to synthesize qualitative and quantitative findings into strategic recommendations.
• Experience managing analytics teams and advisory to senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead stakeholder intelligence and behavioral analysis for multiple federal programs.
• Oversee analytical team and ensure high-quality research outputs.
• Develop segmentation frameworks and engagement models for planning.
• Provide strategic guidance on engagement tactics and messaging.
• Present findings to senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
• Advance methodologies and reporting frameworks for stakeholder intelligence.
