  • Client Intake & Requirement Gathering: Facilitate a comprehensive intake process to understand job specifications, cultural fit, and key qualifications for success.
  • Strategic Sourcing Oversight: Monitor and guide sourcing efforts using advanced tools, internal databases, and professional networks to generate qualified talent pools.
  • Data Ownership & Reporting: Manage project data and reporting dashboards, ensuring up-to-date tracking of candidate pipelines, screening activity, and SLA metrics.
  • Weekly Progress Reporting: Deliver consistent updates to stakeholders, including market feedback and recommended adjustments based on sourcing results.
  • Quality Control: Ensure all candidate submissions are vetted thoroughly and meet established criteria before being shared with the client.
  • Problem Solving & Risk Mitigation: Proactively identify and resolve sourcing challenges, escalating issues and recommending alternative solutions to maintain project momentum.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of project management experience within recruitment, RPO, or talent acquisition environments.
  • Experience managing large-scale, international staffing initiatives across multiple countries and time zones.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in data management, reporting, and recruitment technologies.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and deliver in a fast-moving, high-volume environment.
  • Fluent in English; Spanish or other languages are a plus.

What We Offer:

  • A key role in supporting a strategic global hiring initiative for an existing client.
