If you have several years of staffing experience but have never had the right platform, recruiting support, or consistent job flow to reach your income potential, this opportunity may be for you.

Talent Logic has been in the staffing and executive search business for decades.

We are looking for experienced staffing professionals who know how to work clients, manage job orders, present candidates, follow up consistently, and close placements.

This is not a commission-only opportunity.

This is a full-time position with a $45,000 base salary plus 15% commission on the revenue you generate.

The Biggest Difference: We Give You the Jobs

You will NOT spend your day cold calling companies trying to find job orders.

Talent Logic will provide you with approximately 10 active jobs every week to work.

We also provide recruiting support to help identify and qualify candidates.

Your job is to take ownership of those opportunities, communicate with clients, move qualified candidates through the process, generate interviews, and close placements.

Income Potential

Our expectation for an experienced performer is approximately $600,000 in annual placement revenue.

At that production level:

Base Salary: $45,000

15% Commission on $600,000: $90,000

Total Compensation: Approximately $135,000

Strong performers who generate more revenue can earn considerably more.

There is no promise of easy money here. Your earnings will depend on your performance.

You must be willing to:

• Work a structured, full-time schedule

• Communicate directly with clients
• Conduct client phone and Teams meetings
• Follow a defined sales and follow-up cadence
• Follow up aggressively on candidate submissions
• Generate interviews from the jobs assigned to you
• Move candidates through the process
• Ask for the business and close placements
• Document your activities in our systems
• Follow our established process rather than simply doing things your own way
