Job summary

Providence Swedish is seeking a CRO Resource Specialist to prepare and maintain staffing schedules for assigned departments, manage time and attendance for unit personnel, and collaborate with the Department/Unit Manager to adjust staffing as needed.

In this role you will partner with leaders to optimize coverage, ensure accurate payroll data, and support staffing workflows that sustain patient care and operational efficiency at Providence Swedish in Seattle.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in business, healthcare, or related field or equivalent education.
• 1 year of experience in staffing, scheduling and/or timekeeping.

Required Qualifications:

• Associate's Degreein business, healthcare or related field or equivalent education from a college or technical school --or--
  • 1 year of experience in a similar or related field
• 1 yearof experience with staffing, scheduling and/or timekeeping

Preferred Qualifications:

• 1 yearof familiarity with electronic scheduling systems such as Shiftwise and Kronos software.
• 1 yearof basic knowledge of medical terminology.
• 1 yearof customer service experience.
