Job Overview:
We are seeking a seasoned Sales Director to drive business growth for our IT Staffing division. This position is responsible for developing and executing sales strategies for contract, contract-to-hire, and permanent staffing solutions. The Sales Director will expand our client base, build relationships, and drive business outcomes by collaborating with recruiting and account management teams to deliver tailored staffing solutions. The role requires a strategic thinker with the ability to lead a high performing sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Business Development:
-Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth, including pipeline
management and lead generation, to acquire new clients for Kellton’s IT
staffing services.
-Identify and secure new business opportunities with a focus on contract
staffing, contract-to-hire, and permanent placements.
-Leverage personal networks and industry expertise to generate high-value
leads and build relationships with C-level and senior executives.
-Cultivate relationships with key decision-makers to secure long-term
contracts and partnerships.
-Conduct thorough research to identify potential clients and proactively
reach out to prospective clients based on their staffing needs
-Collaborate with the recruiting manager and practice leads to deliver
optimal staffing solutions that meet client requirements.
-As the sales team grows, mentor and manage other sales professionals,
developing their capabilities and aligning team goals with business
objectives.
-Provide guidance, support, and training to the sales team to maximize
their potential and ensure alignment with the overall sales strategy.
3. Operational Delivery:
-Collaborate with the recruiting and account management teams to ensure
seamless delivery and successful client engagements.
-Lead the creation of tailored solutions to address client-specific needs,
ensuring a strong alignment between proposed solutions and client
4. Client Relationship Management:
-Serve as a primary point of contact for new and existing clients, ensuring a
positive client experience and uncovering opportunities for growth and
expansion.
-Monitor and evaluate client satisfaction, developing strategies to improve
the client experience.
5. Key Performance Areas (KPAs):
-Achieve defined revenue and order book goals through new logo
acquisition and team growth.
-Generate and manage a self-sustained pipeline of opportunities, while
supporting other team members in achieving their targets.
-Provide regular updates on sales progress and pipeline status to senior
leadership.
Qualifications:
-Bachelor’s degree in business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
-8-10+ years of experience in sales, with a focus on Staffing and Services.
-Demonstrated track record of achieving revenue and pipeline targets within the staffing/recruiting industry.
-Strong understanding of industry trends, staffing models, and recruitment
processes.
-Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
-Proficiency in CRM tools and sales software.

Salary Range: DOE to (Base + Commission)
