Form Energy is seeking a Senior Staff Technical Program Manager to lead the mechanical design integration for our battery cell, module, and full-pack systems. Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in technical program management with a mechanical or complex system background.
• Proven track record in hardware development and high-volume manufacturing environments.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive schedules under aggressive timelines.
• Bachelor’s in Mechanical Engineering or related field; Master’s/MBA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional mechanical design projects from concept through high-volume manufacturing, aligned with product architecture and performance requirements.
• Drive project schedules, identify critical path risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Foster communication between engineering, operations, and supply chain to meet DFM objectives.
• Coordinate first-of-a-kind build activities and system integration as the central point for mechanical implementation.
• Oversee prototyping efforts and support analyses to validate system designs.
