Job summary

XL Pro Staffing and Consulting is seeking a Technical Program Manager for Battery Systems & Manufacturing in Las Vegas, NV. The TPM will lead cross-functional programs from concept through production ramp, coordinating engineering, manufacturing, quality, supply chain, and commercial teams to ensure safe, scalable, and cost-effective battery systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years in technical program or project management in battery/energy storage.
• Strong understanding of battery system development from concept to production.
• Experience supporting battery manufacturing processes (cell, module, pack).
• Knowledge of electrode handling, thermal integration, and end-of-line testing.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end execution of battery system programs from design to ramp.
• Align across Battery Systems Eng, Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain, IT, and Commercial.
• Translate requirements into system specs and milestones.
• Develop roadmaps for prototypes, pilot lines, and production readiness.
• Coordinate interfaces with cell suppliers and contract manufacturers.
• Monitor yield, throughput, safety, reliability, and cost risks.
• Report status to executive leadership and customers on timelines.
