Job summary

Equinix in Dallas, TX seeks a Senior Staff Technical Program Manager to lead multi-team programs end-to-end across the Digital and Innovation Office. You will mentor junior PMs, shape PMO practices, and explore AI-enabled improvements to status reporting, risk synthesis, and documentation.

You will partner with senior technical and business leads, manage scope, schedule, and budget, and drive governance, reporting, and stakeholder alignment.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of technical program or project management experience leading large, complex programs.
• Data center experience highly preferred.
• Exposure to enterprise environments and cross-team collaboration.
• Engineering domains include SRE, developer experience, platform scaling, DevSecOps, software quality management.
• Data center operations domains include energy, design and construction, digital twins, infrastructure monitoring, capacity planning.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Hands-on experience with tools such as Miro, Jira, Confluence, MS 365, Smartsheet.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive complex cross-functional programs through full lifecycle.
• Assess delivery approaches (Agile, Waterfall, hybrid, SAFe) based on needs.
• Manage multiple workstreams, risks, budgets, timelines with stakeholders.
• Identify blockers and resolve cross-team issues.
• Lead effort estimation, resource planning, and capacity alignment.
• Conduct retrospectives and translate learnings into process improvements.
